Both family-sized SUVs have received a series of improvements and upgrades. Along with the Tahoe and Suburban, Chevrolet has been providing updates for its entire lineup . As the automaker focuses on its EVs like the 2024 Chevy Silverado EV , its combustion engine lineup continues to be improved. The 2023 Chevy Tahoe and Chevy Suburban will receive a new technology package. This package will be offered for the Premier and High Country trims. The technology packages will differ depending on the trim, but both improve the SUVs’ capability. As for their current capabilities, the 2023 Chevy Tahoe has several choices: a 355 horsepower 5.3L V8, a 420 horsepower 6.2L V8, and a 277 horsepower 3.0L turbodiesel. All engines have a 10-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The 2023 Chevy Suburban has several choices: a 355 horsepower 5.3L V8, a 420 horsepower 6.2L V8, and a 277 horsepower 3.0L diesel.

Looking at the new technology package, the new additions for the 2023 Tahoe and 2023 Suburban will include many new features. The Premier trims will receive Chevy Super Cruise and adaptive cruise control for the Chevy Tahoe and Suburban. The rest of the features focus on safety. They include automatic emergency braking, automatic parking assist, reverse automatic braking, and rear pedestrian alerts. There’s also an HD surround vision camera, a head-up display, and a rear camera mirror.

The other technology package offered is for the 2023 Chevy Tahoe and Suburban High Country trim. This trim will receive Chevy Super Cruise, enhanced automatic parking assist, and reverse automatic braking. Currently, pricing for both packages is unavailable. However, we know that the advanced technology package will require the Max Trailering Package and Rear Seat Media System. It will also need either the 6.2L V8 or 3.0L turbodiesel engine. The 2023 Chevy Tahoe Premier trim starts at $67,600 (plus destination fee), while the High Country trim starts at $74,400 (plus destination fee). The 2023 Chevy Suburban Premier trim starts at an MSRP of $70,300 (plus destination fee), while the High Country trim starts at an MSRP of $77,100 (plus destination fee).
