Ram Commercial: Ram ProMaster, ProMaster City + BusinessLink

If you are looking for a new vehicle for your business, Ram has you covered. Not only does Ram have an established branch of commercial vehicles known as Ram Commercial, but Ram also has Business _ Link _ , a program that connects businesses to dealers and also includes allowances that offset the cost of upfit or graphics customizations, maintenance or Bosch power tools.

While many people are familiar with Ram trucks and their towing capacities and qualities, not quite as many people know about Ram’s commercial vans, the Ram ProMaster and the Ram ProMaster City. So here’s a closer look at those two vans and the Business _ Link _ program.

Ram ProMaster

The Ram ProMaster is available in four different trims: cargo van, Chassis cab, cutaway, and window van. Each trim plays to different business and commercial needs. Some key features of every trim to mention include the van’s best-in-class 36-feet turning diameter, a standard best-in-class V6 engine, over 460-cubic feet of cargo volume and 16-inch Brembo brakes.

When it comes to towing and weight, the ProMaster can tow a maximum of 5,100 pounds and has a payload max of 4,420 pounds. Offering convenience and efficiency, the Ram ProMaster is available with several extra options to mention like a ParkView rear backup camera and five-inch UConnect touch screen.

Ram ProMaster City

The Ram ProMaster City is a smaller version of the Ram ProMaster. It is a more condensed model which means it is easier to drive in narrow streets and it is also more fuel efficient. There are four different body styles or trims available for this model including the Tradesman Cargo Van, Tradesman SLT Cargo Van, Wagon, and Wagon SLT.

Key features of the ProMaster City include its 2.4-liter TigerShark MultiAir engine, which is paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission, and gets up to 21 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway.The ProMaster City can tow up to 2,000 pounds, and has best-in-class cargo space of 131.7 cubic feet.

Business *_Link_ *

Business _ Link _ is Ram’s special incentive program for business owners. It costs nothing to become a BusinessLink member and they enjoy free dealership perks like expedited service, free shuttles and loaner vehicles and access to Ram’s network of upfitters.

Also, members are eligible for a variety of services and allowances including a two- or four-year Lube-Oil-Filter service allowance, $250, $500 or $1,000 to add your company logo or graphic to your work vehicle, $1,000 to add equipment or an upfit to the vehicle, or a Bosch power tool kit valued at $500.
