Jeep Celebrates 30th Anniversary Edition Grand Cherokee 4xe at Detroit Auto Show

The legendary 4×4 automaker celebrated its 30th anniversary of the Jeep Grand Cherokee with the premiere of the 2023 Grand Cherokee 4xe 30th Anniversary edition. The hybrid Grand Cherokee made its grand debut at the Detroit Auto Show in Hunting Place.

The 30th Edition Jeep SUV exemplifies the automaker’s best technological advancement and 4×4 capability thus far. In addition, the Grand Cherokee 4xe delivers 25 miles of all-electric range and an equivalent of 56 miles per gallon (MPGe) from its hybrid system. Furthermore, the hybrid powertrain renders 375 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque with a max towing capacity of 6,000 lbs.

From the outside, the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe 30th Anniversary Special Edition reveals a distinct blacked-out aesthetic with a refined front fascia, those famous blue tow hooks, dual exhaust, dual pane sunroof, 20-inch black wheels, “special-edition” badging, body-color rear fascia, lower moldings, sill claddings, and wheel flares.

Then we step inside, and the special edition Grand Cherokee 4xe features black Capri leather seats, ventilated front seats, wireless charging pad, nine-speaker Alpine audio system, and UConnect 5 with a 10.1-inch touchscreen. In addition, the Jeep SUV’s interior includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and 3D navigation.

Standard safety features for the 30th Anniversary Grand Cherokee 4xe include front and rear park assist, intersection collision assist, passive entry, rain-sensing windshield wipers, digital rearview mirror, and a 360-degree surround-view camera system.
