A Peek Inside The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica – Miami Lakes Automall Chrysler
While the automotive market is saturated with SUVs, crossovers, and minivans, the 2021 Chrysler Pacifica barely breaks a sweat when facing competition. Simply put, there is no room for comparison with this vehicle, as it always proves to have excellent powertrains, especially with the Pacifica Hybrid.
However, what really makes this an award-winning model is its family-friendliness in its interior features and comforts. Its innovative technology is catered towards adults and children in creating the best experience imaginable for all who are aboard. Here’s all the latest inside the 2021 Chrysler Pacifica .
Interior Necessities and Conveniences
For those who are used to sedans and small vehicles, or simply aren’t used to bringing along a big group to-and-from places, the Chrysler Pacifica may seem like a little piece of minivan heaven, especially with its ultra-modern technologies. An example of this would be the round dial, which replaces the ol’ timer transmission gear lever. This dial allows one to select either Park, Driver, Reverse, or more. The driver can even activate the parking brake with the click of a button.
The Pacifica can carry a maximum of eight occupants, but that’s dependent on whether you decide to opt for the second row’s 3-person bench, opposed to the pair of captain’s chairs. It’s also worth noting that the Hybrid model will only offer the captain’s chairs, but either way, the third row is very spacious for average-sized adults.
As with the second and third row, the front seating is highly comfortable. It also excels in its visibility, and even as a camera that allows parents to see what’s going on with their tiny tots in the back row. The infotainment system is featured on the brand’s latest 10.1-inch touchscreen and even has Amazon Alexa compatibility.
All Pacifica models are more than generous with their cargo space, as it starts at 32.3 cubic feet (with the seats up) and ends with a maximum of 140.5 (cubic feet). Additionally, the low step-in height and power-operated side doors allow for ease of access for each and every family member, even the furry ones.
Highlights
_ Stow ’n Go _
Cargo space doesn’t just end behind the third row. While drivers in other minivan drivers grudgingly have to remove and store second-row seats manually, Pacifica buyers simply fold the seats right into the floor, and this applies to both the second and third row.
_ Uconnect 5 _
Another highlighting interior feature is the brand’s latest Uconnect 5 infotainment system, which you’ll find on the aforementioned 10.1-inch touchscreen. Not only does this system feature Amazon Alexa compatibility, but it has wireless Apple CarPlay and Android, TomTom navigation, and USB-C ports. Then, the SiriusXM 360L streaming/satellite radio system allows users to have access to back catalog material, and even Sirius XM exclusives, which encompass shows, interviews, events, and even sports programming.
Standard and Optional Features
The array of features don’t just stop there, standard excitements that you’ll find on any Pacifica include a powered tailgate, rain-sensing wipers, power-sliding side doors, 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, tri-zone automatic climate control, and (previously mentioned) a 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto smartphone integration.
If you want the best of what this mini-God has to offer, you’d naturally gravitate towards the highest-ranking Pinnacle trim. This model tacks on features like a self-parking system with a 360-degree camera array, rear-seat entertainment setup, vacuum cleaner, and a 115-volt outlet. Buyers of lower trims can also enjoy these gadgets, but of course, will have to order them as options.
It’s usually recommended to at least select the Touring L model since this encompasses not only the standard features but also goodies like sunshades for the second and third rows, perforated leather upholstery, and heated front seats. Finally, the Limited model adds a bit more style and flair with its Red S Appearance Package, which involves plush red leather upholstery.
