The Chevrolet Camaro has long been a favorite amongst sport car fans for generations since debuting in 1966. While the competition has always been there with rival brands like the Ford Mustang, Chevrolet has always measured its success competing against itself. General Motors, the makers of the latest 2019 Chevrolet Camaro have taken measures to switch up the grille after the initial response to the original grille was poorly received. By not measuring against other cars and listening to what the Chevrolet fan base was saying, General Motors has taken the steps in the right direction. Let’s talk about all the changes and upgrades now offered for the latest Chevrolet Camaro.

So What Changes Took Place?

Chevrolet listened to the feedback to address the grille that had a long, black plastic beam that stretched across the grille with the Chevy bowtie emblem right in the middle. The emblem moved from the front bumper beam to the upper section of the grille, and the grille itself was changed from the black plastic rim to match the same body color as the vehicle – left up to the owner’s choice. Supplementary changes were made like attaching some style to the carbon-fiber fuel-filler door and adding black Camaro badges. A black rear wing and a lush elongated front look warrant attention like few other vehicles on the road can match.

New Changes For 2019 Chevrolet Camaro

Chevrolet is moving the Camaro series ahead with tech upgrades and striking body color paint options; Satin Steel Gray, Shadow Gray Metallic, Riverside Blue Metallic, and the most striking Shock Yellow. The Camaro Shock paint color also comes with satin black mirror caps, a spoiler, and a second-generation ground effect kits with 20-inch 5-split spoke satin black wheels. Piercing new LED headlamps and the taller, newly sculpted hoods provide that shocking exterior appearance. The interior has a modern approach to the infotainment system with a standard 7.0-inch touchscreen and available 8.0-inch touchscreen, a refined cockpit with seat bolsters that include available RECARO seats, heated and ventilated front seats, and a leather-wrapped flat-bottom steering wheel.

Chevrolet Cruze To Receive Updates?

Ahead of the Brazilian debut at the 2018 Sao Paulo International Motor Show, a brand new Chevrolet Cruze SS concept was introduced, known as the Sport6 in Brazil. With a 1.4-Liter Turbo I4 Ecotec LE2 engine that nets drivers 300 horsepower, the Cruze SS concept also has a unique set of 20-inch wheels and 235-section rubber tires that provide the gift of fantastic traction and a performance-optimized suspension. The Cruze SS concept was also the benefactor to new front bucket seats, a new steering wheel, and new driver pedals. This concept, as well as the 2019 Chevrolet Camaro, will make their public debut in November at Sao Paulo’s International Motor Show.
