All-New Chevy Silverado Special Edition Trims Arriving in 2022 – Miami Lakes Automall Chevrolet

Chevrolet, like many other automakers, has been focusing on electric vehicles as of late. The automaker recently stated that the all-new all-electric Silverado EV will be entering production in early 2023 . This is great news for Chevy as competitors like Ford and Tesla have been trying to steadily increase their grasp on the new EV sector. Chevrolet has not been fazed, however. The automaker has been focused on increasing interest in the Silverado EV with teaser pics and high power specifications. This doesn’t mean that Chevy has forgotten about the gasoline 2022 Chevy Silverado, however. In fact, the automaker will be offering consumers a series of special edition trims for the 2022 Silverado. Some of these special edition trims will need to be customized and built on the Chevy website, but others within the selection can be ordered as is. We’ll dive in and check some of them out.

Silverado 1500 Custom Trail Boss: Realtree Edition

One of the first special edition Silverados is the Realtree Trim. Chevy highlights this trim as one ready for adventure. The pickup features camo-themed graphics on the hood and rear fender. A Realtree logo can be seen in the truck bed and accents can be seen throughout the interior. Upgrades for this trim include a 2-inch suspension lift, black tube steps, 20-inch black gloss aluminum wheels, and Wrangler Territory M/T tires.

Silverado 1500 RST: Redline Edition

Another Silverado trim is the Redline. This trim features black and red accents on the front and rear bumpers. Chevy classifies it as a ‘Sportier Way to Silverado.’ The Redline trim comes equipped with gloss black door handles, a black grille, and 20-inch black aluminum wheels.

The Silverado Redline trim also features black tube steps and black rectangular exhaust tips. Some additional design elements include red recovery hooks on the front bumper and red detailing on the rearview mirror, fender, and tailgate. There’s also a cold air intake kit and performance exhaust.

Silverado 1500 LT Trail Boss: Midnight Edition

The Midnight Silverado trim comes with the tagline, ‘Better in Black.’ This pickup trim features a two-inch lift with twin-tube Rancho shock absorbers and Z71 off-road modifications. The pickup also features a blackout aesthetic with black bumpers, a black grille, 18-inch wheels, dual rectangular exhaust tips, and badging.

Silverado 1500 Custom and RST: Rally Edition

The Rally Silverado trim offers consumers either a 2.7L Turbo engine, a 5.3L, or a 6.2L EcoTec3 V8 engine. The pickup comes with gloss black aluminum wheels and a black rally stripe on the hood and tailgate.

Silverado 2500HD and 3500HD: Carhartt Edition

The Carhartt Silverado trim is dubbed the ‘Official Uniform for Tough Jobs.’ This pickup features Carhartt details on the doors, truck tubs, tailgate, exterior pinstripe, soft tonneau cover, headrests, and floor liners. The Carhartt trim comes in a Mosaic Black Metal hue with matching body-color bumpers. Owners can opt for an off-road suburban Z71 package that features dual Rancho tubes and four-inch assist steps.

Silverado 2500HD and 3500HD: Z71 HD Sport Edition

For the Z71 HD Sport trim, Chevy leans into black badging, hood vents, skid plates, door handles, mirror caps, and four-inch steps. There are also gloss black aluminum wheels that can be equipped with either 18-inch M/T tires or 20-inch A/T tires.

Silverado 2500HD and 3500HD: Chrome Sport Edition

The Silverado Chrome Sport trim brings a polished appearance to the Silverado lineup. With this pickup, Chevy includes chrome accents and steps as well as chrome details on the skid plate and grille. There’s also Z71 badging and 20-inch aluminum wheels with Grazen Metallic accents.

Silverado 2500HD and 3500HD: Alaskan Edition

The Silverado Alaskan trim features Alaskan badging and a bear graphic on the side of the truck bed. The pickup also features rubberized vinyl flooring, Chevytec spray-on bed liner, and 18-inch gloss black aluminum wheels. There are also roof marker lamps and a Snow Plow Prep Package included.

Silverado 2500HD and 3500HD: Texas Edition

The Silverado Texas trim comes equipped with Texas badging inside and out. There’s an LTZ Convenience package available as well as a Safety Pack upgrade. For those wanting the premium version of this trim, they can expect 20-inch six-spoke polished aluminum wheels. They can also expect upgrades to their infotainment system with Bose Audio and HD Surround. There are also new technology features including two trailer view cameras, a bed view camera, a rearview camera, a multi-color 15-inch diagonal heads-up display, and a wireless charging pad.
