The All-New 2023 Ram ProMaster is Almost Here – Miami Lakes Automall Ram

The all-new 2023 Ram ProMaster van is almost here. Ram first debuted the new transit van at the National Truck Equipment Association trade show. It was there that consumers got to get a firsthand look at the new and improved van. With the 2023 ProMaster, Ram wanted to ensure that the van would offer more capability and features to better meet the needs of businesses, commercial fleets, and anyone in need of a strong work van. Ram has upgraded almost every aspect of the new van. It has also incorporated some of its electrification processes into the 2023 ProMaster. We’ll break down some of the key upgrades that consumers can expect to see with the new 2023 Ram ProMaster van.

The all-new 2023 Ram ProMaster van has been redesigned to feature a new front end with better-illuminated headlights. There’s also a more accessible roll-up door that makes it easier to load cargo. In terms of configuration setups, the ProMaster offers 19. Owners can choose between different vehicle lengths, wheelbases, and roof heights. For its engine, the ProMaster utilizes a 3.6L V6 engine that’s capable of 276 horsepower and 250lb-ft of torque. This pairs with a nine-speed automatic transmission as well as a front-wheel-drive system. In terms of towing capacity, the ProMaster offers 6,910 pounds as well as 4,680 pounds of payload capacity. Ram will also offer a battery-electric version of the ProMaster later in 2023.

Inside the 2023 Ram ProMaster Van

The 2023 Ram ProMaster van also sees an upgraded interior. Most notable is the Uconnect 5 infotainment system which comes with either a 7-inch or 10-inch touchscreen display. Along with the new infotainment system, drivers also have access to a high-resolution backup camera as well as a 360-degree surround-view camera. For convenience, drivers have a push-button starter, keyless entry, and a steering wheel equipped with electronic system controls.

For safety, the 2023 Ram ProMaster offers advanced safety features like parallel and perpendicular park assist, traffic sign recognition, and active driving assist. There’s also crosswind assist and drowsiness detection. The ProMaster van will arrive in the Fall of 2022. The BEV version will be available later in 2023. Ram has not yet set a price for the transit van, but the 2022 Ram ProMaster starts at an MSRP of $37,260 so the 2023 model will likely see a higher price point.
