Stellantis is ushering in a new era for Jeep in North America with the appointment of Bob Broderdorf as the brand’s new leader. Broderdorf, a seasoned automotive executive with a proven track record of success, brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously served as Senior Vice President for Ram and head of sales operations at Dodge. In his new position, Broderdorf will be responsible for spearheading the strategy, sales, and marketing efforts for the Jeep brand across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Peffer’s successor, Phil Langley, recently retired after a distinguished 40-year career with Stellantis. To ensure a seamless transition, Langley will remain with the company until the end of the year (2024), offering his invaluable expertise and guidance to the team.
