Jeep Gladiator Joins the Dual-Door Group

Jeep Performance Parts (JPP) unveiled its new half doors for the 2021 Jeep Gladiator . Offering a heightened sense of open-air freedom, the new half doors enable an already invigorating off-road experience.

Dual-Door Group

The factory innovated, examined, and supported the new half-door option, enriching the Gladiator’s production style, protection, and passenger safety. Before the Dual-Door, The Jeep Gladiator received the highest rank in midsize pickup within the J.D. Power 2021 Initial Quality Study (IQS). As a result, Jeep wishes to sustain the heavyweight title with lower window ledges and half doors, providing heightened visibility when maneuvering on and off the road.

Full doors and half doors are available from the new Jeep Gladiator Dual-Door Group on all Jeep Gladiator trims through the Mopar Custom Ship as part of new vehicle purchase. The weightless, heavy-duty aluminum half doors come packaged within the vehicle.

The new half doors are compatible with these features: power mirrors, blind-spot detection, passive and nonpassive entry handles, and power locks. Alternate from full doors to half doors in mere minutes. Just utilize the existing hinge locations and wiring connections.

Upper-Window

The new upper window concocts a weather-tight seal that features zippered plastic windows for simple removal. The upper windows come in two different materials: base-model vinyl similar to the Gladiator’s soft-top roof or premium acrylic that resembles the pickup truck’s premium soft-top roof. In addition, an easy tool-free dual-guide post feature comes equipped for the installation and removal of each upper-door frame.
