The all-new 2019 Jeep Cherokee lineup consists of six different trims, the Latitude, Latitude Plus, Limited, Overland, Trailhawk and the Trailhawk Elite, which is the newest trim to join the lineup. The Cherokee Trailhawk and Trailhawk Elite are only available with four-wheel-drive, but the other four Cherokee models are available with front-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive.
Engines
There are three engine options on the Cherokee lineup. The standard engine on most of the Cherokee trims is the 2.4-liter I-4 MultiAir engine, which produces 180 horsepower and 170 lb-ft of torque. The other two engine options are the 3.2-liter V6 engine and the all-new 2.0-liter four cylinder engine.
The 3.2L engine produces 271 horsepower 239 lb-ft of torque and it comes standard on the Cherokee Limited, Cherokee Trailhawk and Cherokee Trailhawk Elite, but it is an available option on other Cherokee models. The 3.2L gives the Jeep Cherokee a best-in-class maximum towing capacity of 4,500 pounds.
The newest engine on the lineup is the 2.0-liter turbocharged I4 engine and it is powerful and a little more “green” than the other engines. The 2.0L engine produces 270 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque and it features engine stop-start technology, which improves fuel economy and reduces the amount of greenhouse gases emitted. The 2.0L engine is an available upgrade on all trims, except the Cherokee Latitude.

Now that Jeep has added the specs of the entire Jeep Cherokee lineup to their website, we know the departure angle, approach angle and breakover angle of all Cherokee trims.
