With seating for up to five passengers, this base Journey comes equipped with everything you would expect for the price, along with a little bit extra. * ####  Power and Performance:

This base model comes equipped with a 2.4-liter I4 engine with variable valve timing. Paired with a four-speed automatic transmission, this Journey model is ready to take on the road.

* ####  Exterior Features:

17-inch wheels, halogen quad headlamps, black side roof rails, heated exterior mirrors, manual fold-away side mirrors, a rear window defroster and rear window wiper blades, complete the exterior inclusions of this base model.

* ####  Interior Features:

Inside, the base Journey SE gets premium cloth bucket seats, a rear reclining fold-flat seat, and second row 40/60 seat adjust. A 12-volt auxiliary power outlet in both the front and rear ensure you and your passengers stay powered up and ready to connect. A dual zone temperature control is also standard, along with one-touch down power windows, an instrument display screen, and standard second-row in-floor storage bins for added convenience.

• ### Journey SXT:

Starting at $24,895, this second-level offering includes the same features as the base SE, including the same engine offering, along with some extras.

* ####  Exterior Features:

The only difference between the base SE model and the SXT, is that the SXT is treated to aluminum wheels, rather than the wheel covers that come with the SE. It also includes a rear cargo net and fog lamps. This model offers more options for exterior enhancements that were not available on the base model.

* ####  Interior Features:

The most notable difference in this model from the SE, is that it offers seating for up to seven passengers. It also adds SiriusXM Satellite radio capability, steering wheel mounted audio controls, and a USB port. The slightly more expensive SXT Plus version of this model adds an 8.4-inch touchscreen display, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, in-seat front passenger storage, and an overhead storage console.

• ### Journey Crossroad:

This mid-level offering has a starting MSRP of $26,295, and comes with the same engine and transmission that the SE and SXT include. The Crossroad model offers more features and amenities then the first two models in the 2016 Journey lineup.

* ####  Exterior Features:

19-inch black aluminum wheels are one of the stunning differences between this Journey model and the other that came before it. It also includes all-season touring tires, and the option to add a power express sunroof.

* ####  Interior Features:

Leather seats with sport mesh inserts are standard on the Journey Crossroad, as well as a three-zone automatic temperature control system. An auto-dimming rearview mirror includes a microphone for hands-free calling. Other features that make the Crossroad stand out from the SE and SXT are: A leather wrapped shift knob, leather wrapped steering wheel, overhead console, passenger assist handles, passenger in-seat storage, a 4.3-inch touchscreen display, and UConnect with voice command and Bluetooth connectivity.

• ### Journey R/T:

This high-end version of the 2016 Journey starts out at $31,795. It offers the most extensive list of standard amenities and features of any other Journey model for this year. Check out each area below:

* ####  Power and Performance:

The Journey R/T comes standard with a more powerful 3.6-liter V6 engine paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. A high performance suspension also comes standard on the R/T, along with front and rear independent suspensions.

* ####  Exterior Features:

Standard 19-inch painted aluminum wheels keep this Journey model moving, while automatic headlights keep the road ahead illuminated at all the right times. Dual bright exhaust tips, and a rear window defroster are also standard fare on the R/T. This model is the only one in the Journey lineup to get a body-color grille and Dodge Performance body-color fascias.

* ####  Interior Features:

Loaded with plenty of premium amenities and convenience features, the Journey R/T includes heated front seats, leather upholstery with perforated panels, 115-volt power outlet, a dimpled leather wrapped shift knob and steering wheel, a heated steering wheel, humidity sensor, second row in-floor storage bins. Illuminated cup holders, and a portable rechargeable “trouble light” are also included in this model.
