Two Chrysler Vehicles Names “Best Buy” Vehicles by Consumers Digest
It is not even 2017 yet and two 2017 Chrysler models are already taking home awards. Chrysler is rocking both the sedan and minivan game with the 2017 Chrysler 300 and 2017 Pacifica. Both of these vehicles took home “Best Buy” awards from _ Consumers Digest. _ Go Chrysler!
2017 “Best Buy” – Minivan segment
The 2017 Chrysler Pacifica took home the “Best Buy” title in the minivan segment. Honestly this doesn’t really come as a surprise. The Pacifica minivan has been killin’ it since it was released earlier this year! With all of the standard style features and technology, how could it not? The van came in and crushed the previous reputations of minivans, all while building some truly impressive sales numbers.
Not only did the Pacifica revolutionize the minivan segment, but also a vehicle’s capability of storage and cargo volume. With a family comes road trips to Disney, sports or band practices, carpooling and so on. Families have a need for plenty of cargo space and that makes the Pacifica’s Stow ‘n Go storage system the perfect family van This system allows seats to physically fold into the floor of the vehicle, allowing for plenty of flat cargo space. The result of Stow ‘n Go seating is up to 140.5 cubic feet of flat cargo space.
On top of the convenience and storage, there is plenty of entertainment in the minivan for both parents and kids. Features like a 5.0-inch touchscreen, a six-speaker system, active noise cancellation, integrated voice command with Bluetooth, and UConnect 5.0 are all standard even in the base model. Of course, the UConnect Theatre, SiriusXM, UConnect 8.4, HD radio navigation, and 13-Apline or 20-Harman Kardon speaker system options are also really awesome, too.
2017 “Best Buy” – Luxury Car segment
The 2017 Chrysler 300 winning “Best Buy” in the Luxury Car segment may come as a surprise to many. The reason for that being, not everyone would consider the Chrysler 300 a luxury vehicle. However, based on the features, comfort, and convenience features, it is actually a winner of the segment.
When a vehicle comes standard with a backup camera, a 3.6-liter V6 engine, voice command with Bluetooth capability, and an 8.4-inch touchscreen with UConnect 8.4 how can it not be considered luxury? Even The base model Chrysler 300 is filled with features that generally come as options on most other vehicles in the class. Then, when you get to upper level trims and the vehicle comes standard with features like Nappa Leather seats and blind zone alert, you really step into a new world.
