All FCA U.S. Brands Improved in 2017 J.D. Power Initial Quality Study

* Receiving a high rating in the J.D. Power Initial Quality Study is awesome accomplishment for any brand and in this year’s study, all FCA U.S. brands improved. *

The Initial Quality study is based on the responses participants give during the first 90 days of vehicle ownership. The final ratings reveal how many problems owners reported and vehicles that have lower scores are considered higher quality because that represents problems reported.
Check out how FCA did:
– Dodge went down from 117 problems to 106, which is a significant improval.
– Jeep went from 113 down to 107 problems.
– Chrysler went from 115 to 102 problems.
– Ram had a 24 percent increase in initial quality and was the fourth top performer of all 33 brands studied by J.D. Power.
– The Chrysler Pacifica was named highest in initial quality in the minivan segment.
