Chevy Is the Most Awarded Brand In AutoPacific Awards – Miami Lakes Automall Chevrolet

AutoPacific Inc, a research and consulting firm, has awarded Chevrolet with different recognition more so than any other automaker. AutoPacific’s Ideal Vehicle Awards (IVA) award a vehicle for its layout and design. This is reflected through finding out what owners expect from a new vehicle and their opinion on the experience of owning a vehicle. Drivers were surveyed on all purchased vehicles from September through December 2017, and were provided a specialized questionnaire. 58,000 owners responded between January through April 2018. Those final results were managed and released in September 2017. The results were compiled and showcased the best of the best vehicles on the road today.

“Giving owners a chance to tell us what they would change and how they would change it reveals which vehicles are designed to meet their needs and expectations. In other words, having owners who are happy with things the way they are says the manufacturer did their upfront research and designed the vehicle with their target buyer in mind.” said George Peterson, president of AutoPacific.

Chevy Is Winning Big In 2018

U.S. brands received fourteen total vehicle awards, up from eleven the previous year. Six of those awards are for the Chevrolet brand, including the top scoring Chevrolet Suburban. Chevrolet was most impressive in the pickup segment with the Silverado 1500, Silverado HD and Colorado all winning an IVA. The praise for the Chevy Suburban went further after winning the award, receiving praise from the president of AutoPacific. Owners of the Chevrolet Suburban will note the impressive towing capacity of 6,300 pounds and seating capacity of eight people with best-in-class V8 fuel economy. 23 highway MPG is pretty impressive for a three-row SUV. America’s best-selling SUV has collected a new accolade thanks to being powerful, modern and exactly what customers hoped for when they purchased their own.
