2024 Chevy Equinox Receives New Updates

The 2024 Chevy Equinox arrives with several new updates. The compact SUV sees new exterior styling as well as some added safety features. The 2024 Chevy Equinox arrives with several new updates that target styling and safety features. The compact SUV sees new exterior styling that gives it an elevated sense of style. The Equinox features a new black mesh grille and modern LED headlights and taillights. While minor, these updates keep the compact SUV competitive against other models in its segment. There are also new exterior color options, including Riptide Blue and Lakeshore Blue. Inside the cabin, owners will find new Jet Black cloth seats with red accents. Overall, the Equinox sees new styling that keeps it looking modern and fresh.

Additional updates for the 2024 Equinox include added safety features. The compact SUV features a revised Driver Confidence package which includes blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alerts. These new features improve the Chevy Safety Assist suite ensuring drivers remain safe and secure. The suite itself already features advanced safety features like forward collision alerts, automatic emergency braking, lane keep assist, and more. Thanks to added features, drivers can rest easy knowing the Equinox has them covered.

The 2024 Chevy Equinox does not see any performance upgrades but its 1.5L four-cylinder engine continues to get the job done. The turbocharged engine delivers 175 horsepower and pairs with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Drivers wanting more competent handling can opt for the all-wheel drive system, which provides an engaging driving experience. Drivers also have access to driver-assist features like adaptive cruise control and an HD Surround Vision camera that offers a 360-degree view of the SUV.  Starting at an MSRP of $36,600 (plus destination fee), the 2024 Chevy Equinox proves to be an affordable compact SUV with a lot to offer.
