The 2023 Ram 1500 is Honored with J.D. Power’s Best Seat Quality

Power for having the best seat quality. The Ram 1500 earned the top score of 5.4.

Exterior Capability

The utility and storage capability of the truck continues with the exterior. The upscale trim has the five-foot, seven-inch regular bed configuration, which benefits its 53.9 cubic feet of cargo capacity. Of note, flanking the sides of the bed is the RamBox storage system, consisting of a pair of lockable, watertight cargo compartments. These permit drivers to keep all their outdoor equipment, like baseball gear and folding cars, secure and out of sight in one of the boxes. The other box can hold drinks, snacks, and excess water during lengthy road trips.

The bed itself features the optional, watertight tri-fold cover, which is an invaluable resource during heavy rainstorms. Moreover, accessing duffel bags and luggage is a simple task courtesy of the multi-function tailgate. It can lower like a traditional tailgate or open as a pair of Dutch doors.
