5 Jeep Concepts We Wish Would Come True | Jeep in Miami

No one brings it when it comes to concepts quite like Jeep does. As with all of their production models, the brand is always pushing the limits.

The only problem is, many of us tend to fall in love and pine for their highly capable concept masterpieces.

While we know that many of the things Jeep develops for its concepts go into our beloved production models, we’d also love to have the concepts themselves.

Here are five that we truly wish we could buy at a Jeep in Miami . Is that so much to ask?

1998 Jeep Jeepster

With an appearance based on a 1950’s production model, the Jeepster concept does take some cues from older styling, but in a completely contemporary way.

Its sturdy stance, sharp finish, super aggressive nose, and classic looking interior make this baby a totally fresh take on what a Jeep could be.

2001 Jeep Willys

Wow, this was definitely a favorite. An out-of-the-box model that somehow managed to hang onto Jeep’s signature look while taking things ultra modern.

It’s light, shiny exterior and interior finishes, elongated body, topless setup, and intense tires make this a Jeep we’d like to hit the beach in.

What a fascinating combo of fresh and retro. Painted an almost alien green color, you might be taken aback by this concept at first. However, you can quickly recognize the classic Jeep grille and round headlights.

And a green interior too? Yup, that’s right. Tricked out with levers, old-style gauges, unique green accents, and a see-through roof, the Willys 2 would be a blast to take for a spin.

2004 Jeep Treo

Okay, now Jeep was really drawing outside the lines here. It’s a Jeep gone smart car. But oddly enough, you can still see the design touches the brand is known for.

With a much more urban focus than usual, the Treo was a chance for the company to explore what could be done with fuel cell technology. One last thing we love—the bike rack on the back.

2005 Jeep Gladiator

Yes please!!! We want a pickup. A Jeep truck based on the same capabilities as the Wrangler? Why can’t we have this?

The Gladiator features some really cool ideas. The bed extends, and can be expanded by several feet in a matter of seconds. How’s that for innovation?
