There are plenty of large luxury sedan options on the market, but nothing can beat the Chrysler 300 especially when it comes to price, cargo space and more. One main competitor for the Chrysler 300 is the Genesis G80. Let’s review some specs between the two 2017 models!

Engine, Power, Fuel Economy

Both of these vehicles have a V6 standard engine and a V8 option. The Chrysler 300 comes standard with a 3.6-liter V6 and the G80 with a 3.8-liter V6. V8 options include a 5.0-liter V8 for the Genesis and the Chrysler 300 is available with a larger 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine option. When it comes to fuel efficiency, the Chrysler is the way to go! The base engine chrysler gets an impressive 19 city and 30 highway mpg while the G80 only gets 18 city and 28 highway mpg.

Cargo Space

Both of these five-passenger models come with larger trunks and plenty of interior cargo space, but one stands out more than the other, and that’s the Chrysler 300! When it comes to trunk space the G80 has 15.3 cubic feet of space, while the 300 has 16.3 cubic feet of space. In the Chrysler 300, split folding 60/40 rear seats help add more capacity if needed.

Price

Price is always important! Both of these models come loaded with luxury features including leather seats, newest technology and infotainment systems, leather wrapped steering wheels and so on. However, even when taking all that into consideration, the Chrysler 300 has an MSRP of just $32,340 (plus destination fee) while the Genesius G80 starts at $41,400.
