The Warlock Package Increases the Enchantment of the 2025 Ram Tradesman

Pickup trucks continue to be the top-selling vehicles in the United States, and the Ram 1500 is consistently near the head of the pack. With a complete refresh for the 2025 model year, the Ram 1500 should easily maintain its popularity as it brings a range of new features designed to enhance convenience, performance, and comfort. According to experts, “The 2025 Warlock commands attention on the road with its striking design cues.” That said, as with the overall 1500 lineup, Ram has begun to lean into the electric vehicle era with the Warlock, if only at the surface. The band of LED lighting and sleeker grille suggest the Ramcharger and REV models yet to come, while the manufacturer takes a hard pass on the kind of over-the-top angularity that Ford and General Motors cut into their truck bodies. 

Apart from the engine modification, a massive alteration to the Warlock package is the discontinuation of the Quad Cab option for the 2025 model year. The exclusivity of the Crew Cab configuration with a five-foot, seven-inch box is most likely a response to sales trends from the previous 2023 and 2024 models. It is worth noting, however, that the pickup truck gains considerably more than it omits. Inside, the latest Ram 1500 does not backtrack at all on its interior, with the Warlock model boasting a richer cabin feel than its rivals. Indeed, the Warlock package is remarkable considering it is influenced by an introductory-level trim like the Tradesman. While the quality of plastics is typical for the segment, the attractive aesthetic and diverse textures result in a cabin that looks and feels better than trucks that cost a comparable amount or more.

Price Tag

Speaking of cost, the 2025 Ram 1500 Warlock has a U.S. Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $56,255 (including the $1,995 destination fee). Keep in mind that this incorporates the Tradesman Level 1 Equipment Package, integrating additional amenities such as a power rear sliding window and second-row in-floor storage bins. Sources describe how the value of the Warlock cannot be overstated, claiming, “Compared to its counterpart, the Rebel, which commands a premium of over $10,000, the Warlock offers comparable capability and performance without compromising affordability.”
