Went in on Saturday, got an oil change and a inspection. My truck didn't get the inspection, tires wasn't rotated, and there was oil stains on hood, door handle, and steering wheel. They always say you'll get a lysol wipe on the inside never do. The car never works!!.Waiting for my free oil changes are up and Im going to GMC and get my services done there

Shame on this "Dealership". We have a small family-owned mechanic shop. Purchased a transmission from Miami Lakes. Vehicle was towed back 4 Days later. Defective Transmission. Miami Lakes WOULD NOT warranty the transmission. After several weeks and multiple emails and phone calls, they sent the transmission. They refuse to offer any warranty on my labor, the fluid, or the reprogramming. I also had to send it to Kia to prove this was a defective transmission. My shop is now down $1200 because of Miami Lakes Automall and no one will take responsibility.

A very rude and unpleasant person. I am a customer at Miami Lakes and went in for a service. He wanted to charge me $140 when there is an $89 coupon available on the website. When I showed him the coupon, he became angry, insulted me, and treated me very poorly. I believe this company should not employ people like this, as they create a very negative experience for customers.
I am having the same experience that dsingman72 wrote about. After multiple texts, voicemails, e-mails and certified letters to finance and management I received one phone call and I was hung up on after 18 minutes. I learned the customer is never right. Worst experience ever; definitely will be avoid to do business with any of these dealers chain. Trying to reach a responsible person on finance dept and all I got are incorrect address or voicemail only, which NEVER received a call back.

I was very disappointed that my car had not been thoroughly cleaned. The floors had been vacuumed, but there were food particles in the back seat and scuff marks on the dashboard and seat backs from feet being put on them. I felt it should have been detailed or at least thoroughly cleaned and polished.

Worst dealership in America. Went in looking for a Chevrolet Tahoe. Looked at 2. First one had a faulty Carfax report that popped up when I was about to sign the contract, stating it had a rebuilt engine. They still tried selling me the defective vehicle. Was there at Sunday @8:20am cause they open at 9am. Waited until 9:15 when a transporter that moving cars to other location us that was waiting that they don't open on Sundays. Terrible service. I was there from 7 in the morning to have two recalls done, and first of all, the technician hadn't even arrived yet, even though he had an appointment with a customer. A supervisor did one of the recalls, and everything was fine up to that point. Rude and disrespectful is an understatement! These people gave me a weeklong runaround and are absolutely not responsive at all. Just a bunch of rude and arrogant sales people that have zero interest in selling you a vehicle! And if they do respond to you it takes over a day for an answer! No thanks! Dealership and management is not good. I have been trying to contact them for over 3 weeks. The parts department staff has no customer Service etiquette. Time after time, they ignore the calls and when they answer, they tell you to “hold” but in reality they send you to voice mail. I have left over a dozen voicemails and not even the decency of a response. If possible stay away from these people. They will charge you for mandatory options such as LoJack, etching, paint protection, recondition fees and the dealer fees. For new car cars I can understand the LoJack,etching etc but the used car already had items installed with the prior owner so they came with the car.
