We are amazed that for the first time in almost 20 years, there will not be a Dodge Challenger in production. The only muscle ride to be put to the customers tastes in terms of new-vehicle availability will be this all-new generation debuting with the aforementioned Charger Daytona. A gasoline version is expected to follow, but over a year or longer from now is the expected arrival of that version. For buyers that want the Charger Daytona, they are getting the EV version and few could complain given the horsepower is expected to surpass the current Challenger base trim with the base trim Charger Daytona debuts. More bang for their dollar and updated technology will have buyers excited; as they should be.

We have learned two trims will be sold. We don’t have to speculate about what Dodge will create any longer. Within either option Dodge is Offering only two trims, the “Scat Pack” matched with a 670 horsepower powertrain rating that secures a wildly quick 3.3 second 0-60 mph mark. The R/T trim options brings 496 horsepower and tons of fun for drivers and passengers alike.
