Chrysler offers an innovative digital platform called Uconnect 5. The integrated system serves as an advanced connectivity service that provides owners with a host of driver assist and entertainment features. The Uconnect 5 system debuted in 2021 and ever since, it has seen new updates that continuously improve its functions and features. As of late, Chrysler has been focused on rolling out its first electric vehicle. The automaker recently commented on several of the new platforms it hopes to use for its EVs. Chrysler debuted its next-generation Uconnect 5 infotainment system in 2021 and ever since, the connectivity service has seen continuous updates. Today, Uconnect 5 offers owners a host of functions and features. These revolve around entertainment, navigation, and communication. Chrysler has worked to offer improved connectivity services across all its models to ensure consumers have access to the latest innovations. Once purchased, owners have access to continuous updates for their vehicles through Chrysler’s over-the-air service. This wireless service comes available with models starting from the 2020 model year and on. These over-the-air updates ensure owners stay connected and have access to the latest updates from anywhere.

An additional service included alongside Uconnect 5 is SiriusXM Guardian. This unique service provides owners with even more convenience features. Using a smartphone, owners can pair with their vehicle to gain access to remote vehicle start, connected navigation, and vehicle finder. SiriusXM Guardian also provides owners with the ultimate entertainment experience. Owners can listen to ad-free music, hear live play-by-play sports broadcasts, and listen to talk shows. Using SiriusXM Guardian, owners can use their smart technology including their smart watches as an interconnected device for seamless use between their vehicles and their devices. Chrysler continues to innovate its services. It started with Uconnect 5 and now EVs are the next product. We’ll have to see what new ways Chrysler comes up with but given SiriusXM Guardian, the automaker is sure to offer even better connectivity services.
