For the past few years, Kia Motors has taken a large initiative to give back to the community and made sure we all knew it during the Super Bowl. Unlike many automakers that will likely overpay a celebrity to star in their commercial, driving a vehicle, and talking about how much they like driving it to sell it, Kia Motors takes this time to raise awareness about programs the automaker founded to help the youth. During the 2019 Super Bowl, Kia Motors debuted its “Yards Against Homelessness” Initiative, where the automaker claimed to donate $1,000 for every yard gained during the football game to charity partners Covenant House, Positive Tomorrows, and StandUp For Kids.
