Off-road System
The Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk is equipped with a heavy duty off-road system – Jeep Quadra-Drive II 4×4 System with rear Electronic Limited Slip Differential (ELSD). The standard 2.4L engine produces 184 horsepower with 171 lb-ft of torque, while the 3.2L engine produces a more powerful 271 horsepower with 239 lb-ft of torque. The Cherokee Trailhawk has an estimated fuel economy of 18 mpg in the city and 24 mpg on the highway plus a maximum towing capacity of 4,500 pounds.
Off-road System
The Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk is equipped with the Jeep Active Drive Lock 4×4 system. Included in this system is a Selec-terrain Traction System, real axle disconnect plus brake lock differentials. Also, the Cherokee has a Trail Rated mechanical rear axle lock and a 56:1 crawl ratio – NOT BAD!!

The 2.4L engine is a fuel efficient engine and it gives the Renegade Trailhawk an average fuel economy of 21 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway. The Jeep Renegade Trailhawk has a maximum towing capacity of 2,000 pounds.
Off-road System
Equipped with the Jeep Active Drive Low 4×4 system, the Renegade Trailhawk’s 4×4 system includes a rear axle disconnect, brake lock differential and Selec-terrain system. The Selec-terrain system has four driving modes – auto, snow, sand and mud.
