Renegade Trailhawk – Made For Much More Than The Road

The Jeep Renegade is a compact SUV that was first released in 2015. Though the Renegade still has Jeep’s signature seven-slot front grille, it has a style and design that is fairly different from other Jeeps. Unlike the Wrangler or Grand Cherokee, the Renegade doesn’t look quite as rugged, but actually one Renegade trim, the Renegade Trailhawk is Trail Rated and it is one of Jeep’s best equipped models for off-roading.

Off-road features and safety

The Renegade Trailhawk is the only Renegade trim that comes standard with Jeep’s prime off-road features like a 4×4 drivetrain and a 2.4-liter Tigershark engine paired to a nine-speed automatic transmission.The Renegade Trailhawk is equipped with Active Drive Low, the Trailhawk’s signature red tow hooks, and extra skid plates and a raised ground clearance to protect the underbody of the vehicle.

As we enter the second half of October, initiatives for Breast Cancer Awareness Month are amping up. In addition to October’s events and campaigns, there are a variety of ways to support Breast Cancer Awareness year-round. Here are some ways and organizations that support breast cancer and have accessories that will add a little color to your Jeep.

One way to show your support for breast cancer while donating to the cause is by purchasing breast cancer awareness accessories like exterior magnet pink ribbons, license plates, and spare wheel covers for your Jeep Wranglers. There are also interior accessories like seat covers with pink ribbons and steering wheel covers.

With the announcement of changes and additions to the Jeep lineup for the 2017 model year, the brand’s in-car tech and entertainment system called Uconnect, is also getting some upgrades. With the expansion of off-roading features across the Jeep lineup, the built-in  Uconnect system will also feature upgrades geared toward off-roaders on select 2017 Grand Cherokee models.

An all-new 2017 Jeep Compass is coming out and it looks better than ever. The new Compass model is a slightly larger version of the Jeep Renegade, and people are loving it! Check out all the new features.

Let’s start with the body style. The new Compass is no longer as boxy or short and in 2017 it will be a true mid-sized vehicle with traits of both the Cherokee and Renegade. Some exterior features of the standard base model include an all-new modern design, chrome accents, and a seven slot Jeep grille with bright and attention-grabbing HID headlights.

The 2016 Compass models have two engine options and it is likely that they will also be available with the 2017 Compass models as well. The standard engine is a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine that averages 23 mpg in the city and 30 mpg on the highway.
