I feel good that Mr Palacios was very helpful, and friendly from the beginning. He contacts us all the time because there is a part pending but we still have not recieved it. He keeps us up to date all the time. He is a good people.

Gregory was very attentive and courteous. It took 7 trips to the dealership to resolve the problem. At least it seems to have been resolved.

Matt. "the new guy" was super helpful. He went the extra mile. He stayed with my wife and kids while they waited and double checked everything i asked. No pressure, no nonsense. I would recommend.The overheating in the Silver Dodge Grand Caravan was fixed in 1 day.Thank you Matt.

Customer service was good and worker were friendly. Salesman had good knowledge of the cars. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Price of the cars were to high.

I came by to ask a few questions about a noise my car was making, and the pricing to fix it. I spoke to Diango and he explained in details everything that I needed to know. He was very courteous and attentive and made me feel very comfortable.

Me and my wife were pleased with the honest and complete advise given by Edmundo related our Kia Sedona 2006. We will-come back every time we need service for our car.

I bought my car from this dealership in 2010. I have completed all of scheduled maintenances at this site as well. My overall experience has been good. The prices are competitive and the service is excellent. I am very pleased with the performance of my car. I have over 35,000 miles and it runs j...ust as smooth as when I bought it. The service time is decent as well. In the past I have experience all day service jobs. However, most of my services last 3 hours or less. With the free Wi-Fi, it gives me a chance to catch up on a few things. The customer service is good and I recently worked with Joel Gonzalez. He was professional, knowledgeable, and solution oriented. He took the time to review my car history before presenting options. He also addressed my concerns before recommending specific services.
