Dodge Offers 14 Color Wrap Body Color For All Challenger Models

Dodge has decided to showcase its Challenger muscle car for the 2023 model year in a unique way. The 14 colors available for buyers today include a streak of choices that include B5 Blue, F8 Green, Frostbite, Go Mango, Octane Red, Destroyer Grey, Granite, Pitch Black, Plum Crazy, Sinamon Stick, Sublime, TorRed, Triple Nickel, and White Knuckle. We’re just as pleased with the color selection as we were to see Dodge go out of their way to highlight the whole color palette they have ready to offer buyers. But, there’s one perk drivers can opt for, the entire rainbow of colors, known as “the wrap” will be a special order for those who buy the choice at the Dodge Garage. The Dodge “wrap” will cover the entire Challenger and costs $3,700 before installation, required to be done by a professional 3M-Certified installer. The best part about this option is that the fit works for any Challenger made from 2008 through the newest 2022 models.

Everything Will Be New Soon

Keep in mind, this isn’t the only piece of good news Dodge has revealed in 2022. Earlier this year, the Dodge SRT lineup came back in full swing with the inclusion of the 2023 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat. Gone after one model year, the Hellcat is back for the Durango as well as the Challenger and Charger rides. Our readers should know full well that the future will change the line-up in many ways starting next year. The 2023 model year is the last model year to include the solely combustion engine offerings as the electric Dodge muscle car is expected to begin with the 2024 model year class. The time is and has been running out for those who are still thinking Dodge is running the same ol’ business as usual campaign. Allow us to repeat, buyers chances of driving the current Dodge lineup is ending quite soon!

Update On Final “Last Call” Dodge Reveal

Find out what we can do to help get our readers into the newest Dodge muscle cars as soon as possible. The seventh and final “Last Call” edition will be displayed in time as the SEMA showcase next month will not be the location for this final reveal. Dodge has not announced any platform on the pricing on any of the special editions for now. We await for this sweet ride along with the EV muscle car set to debut in less than two years.

The perks of the Dodge Challenger have only piled up as we’ve showcased the impressive interior highlights, the lush appearance packages, and the heart-racing speeds provided. Dodge muscle cars are a unique experience for owners and we’re ready to show them off here at Miami Lakes Automall. Come test-drive one this fall and learn why the unique world of Dodge engineering is as celebrated and popular as it has ever been!

“24 Months of Muscle” Rollout Started

Night Dodge Miami Lakes Automall

For large brands, they know when they are moving past the competition; Dodge is one of those brands. Dodge remains a leader in the driver’s seat within the muscle car segment in 2022. The plans remain to keep this going as the two-year business plan deemed to drive more customers over from other companies has started. This rollout is now known as the 24 Months of Muscle countdown, signifying the last two years before the first official electric muscle car created by the Dodge brand is offered.

“The Dodge brothers were scrappy go-getters. Never content to follow the trends, they were the seekers of a better, faster, more outrageous way of doing things. And we’re looking to hire someone just like them as an ambassador of Never Lift,” said Tim Kuniskis, CEO of Dodge.

Dodge Gearing Up For Big Changes

Dodge desires to create new owners by delivering a new two-year business plan that is dubbed “Never Lift”. The 2022 Dodge line-up will gain an encouraging promotion that will help educate customers about the coming changes for the brand. The Dodge muscle car lineup contains plenty of edge on the rival brands, as sales showed last year. The 2022 Dodge Charger and 2022 Dodge Challenger are gaining more attention as the various perks are evident with its stock 292-horsepower engine for the base trims as owners can acquire as much as over 800 horsepower for the high-end SRT Hellcat Redeye trim. There are several choices between the various trims and packages that contain unique body color options. The marketing plan underway is going to be stretched out over two years. Dodge has been picking a fight with the Ford Mustang, noting the 5.0-Liter Coyote V8 engine that doesn’t surpass the 6.2-Liter V8 HEMI engine inside of the Charger and Challenger muscle cars.

Glancing At the Successive Actions For Dodge

Dodge understands they are ahead of the competition, serving as the leader in the driver’s seat within the muscle car segment. The next two-year business plan to drive more customers from other brands has created, known as the 24 Months of Muscle countdown, indicating the last two years before the first official electric muscle car made by the Dodge brand. We know the massive investment the parent company of Dodge, Stellantis, has placed into making the new generation of EVs come this decade. For fanatics of the Dodge Durango though, don’t think Dodge is shifting away from the Dodge Durango SUV just because the SRT Hellcat is not extended a trim for the new 2022 Dodge Durango

The brand will continue to survey how customers feel concerning the changes, but they know their developments best and strive to educate shoppers about their approach going onward. The next two years, known as the 24 Months of Muscle for the Dodge brand, will allow for more expansion in getting individuals to notice the plans and achievements.

At Miami Lakes Automall, we continue to deliver considerable options to our shoppers, including the newest Dodge vehicles, straightforward from us. Dodge Promotes A Slew of Sleek New Appearance Packages

Dodge has been doing rather well lately, but they aren’t stopping with new rollouts any time soon. Dodge is ready to push sales towards their Dodge Charger and Challenger. The 2022 Dodge muscle car lineup will receive new styling packages that include the HEMI Orange and SRT Black Package appearance packages. The 2022 Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger look extra sleek with the dry-paint job with a unique single line that goes off center from the front bumper to the back bumper. The distinctive look of the HEMI Orange adds orange accents outside the muscle car with full-length outstretched orange accent stripe. Orange stitching can be observed on the flat-bottom steering wheel, console lid, instrument panel, across the doors and armrests, plus the shifter boot. There’s one more package that is also a particularly popular choice for Dodge muscle car drivers.

Go Widebody For Greater Grip + Additional Style

Owners can opt for a Scat Pack Widebody package that includes orange Brembo six-piston calipers that are matched with carbon black 20-inch Warp Speed wheels. The theme and detail provided with these packages are a throwback to the 1950s classic HEMI engine vehicles. Customers will note the bolstered seating has the embroidered Dodge logos. The Scat Pack Widebody includes a “392” added to the instrumental panel as a badge and costs $1,500. The black-out interior accents are found on the vent rings and the cup holders as well. Both the Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger offer the “Widebody” trim treatment.

Owners can opt for the SRT Black package that will turn the SRT Hellcat and SRT Hellcat Redeye trims into even more sharp and sophisticated looking muscle cars. The SRT Black appearance kit is just $695 and Dodge has announced the Dodge Durango SRT will gain this package as well. The SRT exterior badging is found on the fender, grille, as well as on an added spoiler or decklid piece for the Charger.

Not Just Attractive, Wicked Fast, Too

The styling only helps owners decide to go with one of these options. After all, the performance is already high-octane and invigorating for drivers as the remarkable handling makes all the difference. That difference is helping Dodge move ahead of rival brands as sales have gone higher and surpassed the Mustang so far in 2021. Check out the freshest Dodge muscle cars anticipating our customers test-drive and ownership or leasing journey with our help today. State Fair of Texas Miami Lakes Automall

Dodge Brings Their Best to Texas

State Fair of Texas Miami Lakes Automall

Everything is bigger in Texas. That’s a true statement, especially when Dodge rolls into the 2019 State Fair of Texas with its largest line-up ever. Dodge brought along the latest Grand Caravan, Journey, Charger, Challenger, and Durango for customers to see and behold. Drivers that want to spice up their daily driving routine would not only get a bargain on excitement but one of the best-produced vehicles on the roads in a current Dodge. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has worked hard to put together a top-notch group of vehicles and no brand represents their work quite like the Dodge brand.

How FCA Has Made All Their Great Vehicles

Vehicles made by FCA and Dodge are possible thanks to the engineers and automakers that have a passion to bring out the best in each other. FCA has also done their best to reward their employees. For the 11th year in a row, FCA was named by the National Business Group on Health (NBGH) for their commitment to their employees. The award from the NBGh is the 2019 Best Employees: Excellence in Heath and Well-being Award. This is the ninth consecutive time that FCA is the only automaker to win this distinction.

Not Just Muscle Cars Go Fast

Very few vehicles are able to handle quite like a Dodge, whether it’s their muscle cars or their Dodge Durango SUV. The Durango also carries an SRT version. The Street Racing Technology added to the SRT trim of the Durango and thus created the fastest three-row SUV in the world. Speaking on behalf of FCA, the parent company of Dodge, Steve Yandura, the Director of the Southwest Business Center for FCA US added this statement.

“We are bringing our best lineup yet to the State Fair of Texas, Texas Auto Show. Every year, we work to build on our past success at the fair and this year fair attendees will thoroughly enjoy our displays and interactives,”  – said Steve Yandura.

Experience the Acceleration of the Dodge Line-up

Don’t wait any longer to experience driving a Dodge vehicle. Amongst the many cars that have been produced for the muscle car segment, few offer as much value for the price as the Dodge Challenger and Dodge Charger. The latest editions from Dodge punctuate the strength of the brand. Dodge took the 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye to show off at the State Fair of Texas. For drivers hoping to show off a vehicle of their own, driving the new SRT Hellcat Redeye is not a bad way to start. The 797 horsepower fitted from its remarkable 6.2-Liter turbocharged engine makes the SRT Hellcat Redeye stand out. This Dodge product is likely the most aggressively fast muscle car most car owners will ever drive. Want to know what these vehicles are like? Photo credit: Dodge

There have been a lot of great moments in 2018 for the Dodge brand, including earning new awards and witnessing continued sales success. Dodge took home recognition from J.D. Power for the Highest Resale Value Midsize Sporty Car segment for the Dodge Challenger. The Dodge Charger earned the Highest Resale Value Large Car segment award. J.D. Power has been assisting customers to make better-informed decisions since 1968. Today in 2018, exactly 244 vehicle models were evaluated, comprising a sample of 650,000 completed transactions. The 2019 Dodge Durango was also awarded by Strategic Vision this year and improved upon from the previous year.

Remarkable Muscle Offered By Dodge

A breakthrough vehicle for the masses came with the latest high-end Dodge Challenger, the all-new 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye. The SRT Hellcat Redeye is a lighting fast, hardy, and a responsive muscle car – built with a 797 horsepower engine. The 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat was introduced earlier this year with increased horsepower yet again by achieving 717 horsepower, 10 more horsepower than the previous year. Both Hellcat models gain a distinguished dual-snorkel hood that pays tribute to the popular Dodge muscle cars, including the 1970 Dart Swinger and 1971 Demon.

Eight different models make up the reconfigured Challenger lineup for 2019 – including the SXT, SXT AWD, GT, GT AWD, R/T, R/ T Scat Pack, SRT Hellcat, and all-new SRT Hellcat Redeye. Various option packages extend all the upgrades, unique heritage cues and additional performance that Dodge//SRT consumers crave. The Challenger offers a broad range of engine options, including the award-winning 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 on SXT, SXT AWD, GT, and GT AWD models, the legendary 5.7-liter HEMI® V8 in the R/T models, the naturally aspirated 392 HEMI V8 on R/T Scat Pack models, the supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI V8 on the SRT Hellcat and the all-new SRT Hellcat Redeye. There’s no good reason muscle car fans would skip the chance to drive this current line up of the 2019 Dodge Challenger.

Not Just Muscle Cars, The Durango Proves Impressive Value and Power

The newest Dodge Durango has never looked better with a class-leading maximum towing capability of 8,700 pounds and class-leading driving range. Fuel Saver Technology within its HEMI engines granting owners solid fuel economy with a 26 highway MPG rating with the rear-wheel-drive option. Altogether, the 2019 Durango is more rugged, powerful and comfortable inside than ever before. Owners have the option of three powertrain choices and provides consumers across five trims, ranging from the SXT, GT, R/T, Citadel and SRT.

Many styles and choices are available for drivers to choose from with the 2019 Durango, which took an award from Strategic Vision’s Total Quality Impact report. The Dodge Durango won the Mid-size SUV segment for the fifth time in six years! The available options are a big reason the Durango has done so well amongst customers and critics alike. A crowd pleaser three-row SUV that provides 43.3 cubic-feet of storage room and 85 cubic-feet of total storage space with both the second and third rows folded down. 5 Reasons 2018 Has Been A Banner Year For Dodge Muscle Cars

Dodge enthusiasts everywhere know a thing or two about the powerful automotive brand. Dodge. Owned by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), Dodge has earned a reputation for providing some of the fastest, strongest high-performance muscle cars in the world. With the latest 2019 Dodge muscle cars quickly on their way to dealerships, we want to share some of the insight the biggest Dodge fanatics might know, but we’ll be happy to share.

Dodge Built Their Fastest Challenger Ever in 2018

The all-new 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye is the latest Hellcat version to hit roads; built with many parts that made up the automaker’s signature 2018 Dodge Challenger, the wicked fast SRT Demon, it’s even faster than its predecessor with an eye-popping top speed of 203 mph. The 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon “only” hit 168 mph by comparison. Both carry the stunning 6.2-liter V8 HEMI engine with the SRT Demon cranking out 840 horsepower and 770 lb-ft of torque, while the 2019 SRT Redeye provides 797 horsepower and 717 lb-ft of torque. If raced against one another, the winner is anyone watching as both these vehicles purr unlike any other vehicle on the road today.

The Latest Widebody Options Are Well-Worth Purchasing

For those that love to race on a drag strip and have a vehicle geared to handling sharp turns and ultimate control, Dodge has made the perfect option available with their Widebody package. The Dodge Widebody costs nearly $6,000 but provides incredible handling thanks to the extended body width and tires than grip the track better. The package also includes all-season performance tires, Widebody competition suspension, flared fenders, 20×11-inch Devil’s Rim forged aluminum wheels and is available for the SRT Hellcat, R/T Scat Pack and SRT Hellcat Redeye models. Racing enthusiasts won’t want to have any other vehicle option!

The Latest Hellcat Prices Are Lowered, Despite Gaining More Power

Hoping to own a new Dodge SRT Hellcat? Both the Challenger and Charger have SRT Hellcat models and have reduced prices compared to the previous year. For the 2019 Challenger, there was an added dual-snorkel hood for both the Hellcat and Redeye model, which helps promote higher horsepower by way of gaining a large amount of air-intake. This change helped the original Challenger SRT Hellcat gain a raise from 707 horsepower to 717 horsepower. Because of the SRT Redeye being added to the top of the lineup, the standard Hellcat trim is actually five-thousand dollars less! Customers can find the 2019 Dodge Challenger Hellcat for $61,745 MSRP (plus destination fee).

There’s A New Dodge Club In Town

Dodge happily announced for owners of either a 2006-present Dodge Charger or 2008-present Challenger that there’s a new 1320 Club that drivers can join. The 1320 Club includes members that love to drag race and track their times. There’s achievements badges, decals with 1320 Club listed and a public profile that allows those in the club to brag about their best quarter-mile times all in the name of fun. The perks also include daily updates, curating muscle car tips and racing enthusiast content from members. This club is only open to Dodge muscle car owners for the vehicles mentioned above, but for those that want to join the club, there are many choices. An all-new Scat Pack 1320 “Angry Bee” Dodge muscle package was created and provides a stunning look and incredible strength. With many features that make racing so much fun, this package includes Line Lock, Drag Mode, and Torque Reserve. The 1320 package adds $3,995 to the Scat Pack price tag, and so the Scat Pack 1320 will start at an MSRP of $42,990 (plus destination fee).

The Dodge Scat Pack Has Never Been Better

The new Challenger R/T Scat Pack arrives enhanced with the 392-cubic-inch Hemi V8 engine that produces 485 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque. Owners can opt for the impressive, aforementioned Widebody package, and enjoy the Scat Pack that brings standard launch control, launch assist, line lock as well as SRT drive modes. The R/T Scat Pack is exactly 200 pounds lighter than the Redeye, allowing for tighter movement and remarkable handling. There’s not a single muscle car on the market that offers such impressive performance and horsepower for less than $40,000 (excluding destination fees.) The new Scat Pack also offers a 6-speed manual transmission standard, rather than the 8-speed automatic transmission offered in the Redeye. Stick-shift enthusiasts can rejoice.

2018 Dodge Challenger Engine Guide

Dodge and SRT have worked really hard to make the Dodge Challenger THE muscle car to get, and all of that hard work has resulted in the most powerful muscle car model lineup, as well as the most diverse lineup. The 2018 Dodge Challenger lineup is made up of 16 trims and five different engine options — that’s a lot more than the Chevy Camaro and Ford Mustang combined! While all of those options give consumers a lot more options and ways to get exactly what they want, all of those options can also make the shopping process a little confusing, at first. So we’re here to take a closer look at the 2018 Dodge Challenger lineup.

Power and Performance

There is one major decision consumers need to make before buying any muscle car – do I want a muscle car for the look or do I want the muscle car for power? All three muscle car manufacturers (Dodge, Chevy and Ford) make their muscle car models available with fairly standard engines as well as extremely powerful engines, and the difference between the standard and performance engines results in performance, practicality as well as overall cost. Consumers that want a muscle car that can double as a daily driver and something to have fun in, will likely want to go for a model with a more standard engine, while consumers that want to go fast and cruise around town on the weekends will want one a model with a performance engine. However, Dodge offers three different levels of daily drivers and performance cars, which is not available on the Ford Mustang or Chevy Camaro lineup.

2018 Daily Drivers

There are plenty of options for buyers that don’t want a high performance model, which is a Challenger equipped with a 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine or a 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine. Furthermore, the Challenger is the only muscle car that is available with all-wheel-drive, so it is a great daily driver even for those that live in places that experience snow and ice.

3.6L V6 Engine

Dodge Challenger SXT x Dodge Challenger SXT Plus x Dodge Challenger GT AWD

The 3.6L engine produces 305 horsepower and 269 lb-ft of torque, which is an excellent amount of power for traveling on the highway or in the city. The 3.6L engine makes the Dodge Challenger a great daily driver because it is powerful, but not so powerful that the Challenger is a gas guzzler. When equipped with a 3.6L engine, the Challenger averages 30 mpg on the highway, which is excellent.

Since Dodge intended the Challenger trims equipped with the 3.6L V6 engine to be more practical daily driver options, they come standard with an automatic transmission, which is not a standard option on the Ford Mustang or Chevy Camaro.

5.7L HEMI V8 Engine

Dodge Challenger R/T x Dodge Challenger R/T Plus x Dodge Challenger R/T Shaker x Dodge Challenger T/A x Dodge Challenger R/T Plus Shaker x Dodge Challenger T/A Plus

The other engine that makes the Challenger a practical daily driver is the 5.7-liter HEMI V8 engine. The 5.7L HEMI V8 engine increases the Dodge Challenger’s horsepower to 375 horses and 410 lb-ft of torque, which definitely improves the Challenger’s acceleration and speed in comparison to the 3.6L engine, but its not an overwhelming amount of power. Dodge Challenger models equipped with a 5.7L engine average 25 mpg on the highway, which is great for such a powerful vehicle.

Dodge designed the Challenger trims that are equipped with the 5.7L engine to feel a little more like a muscle car than the trims that are equipped with the 3.6L engine, so these models come standard with a TREMEC 6-speed manual transmission, which makes drivers feel more in control of the vehicle, but the 8-speed automatic transmission is an available option.

In addition to the manual transmission, all of the Challenger trims that come standard with the 5.7L engine feature some type of unique design that pays tribute to the Challenger’s muscle car heritage. R/T stands for “Road/Track” and all of the Challenger R/T trims come with R/T badges, a badge that goes all the way back to 1970. Challenger Shaker models feature a shaker hood, which adds a vintage look to the Challenger, while also increasing performance. Finally, the 2018 Challenger T/A trims are inspired by the original Challenger T/A model created to compete in drag races in 1971 and they feature unique T/A badging and a couple extra special details.

2018 Performance Models

The 2018 Challenger lineup is more powerful than ever and it includes three different SRT performance engines, and two all-new Challenger performance models, which brings the entire Challenger performance lineup to a total of seven trims!

All of the Challenger trims that are equipped with a performance engine also have some high performance equipment. The performance equipment includes high-performance Brembo brakes, improved tires and wheels and SRT Performance Pages, which provides drivers with important car information as well as track times and driving performance.

6.4-liter HEMI V8 Engine

Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack x Dodge Challenger 392 HEMI Scat Pack Shaker x Dodge Challenger T/A 392 x Dodge Challenger SRT 392

The 6.4-liter HEMI V8 engine was reintroduced to the Challenger lineup in 2011. 6.4 liters is the equivalent measurement of 392 cubic inches, and that is why many of the Challenger models that are equipped with the 6.4L engine have “392” in the trim name. The 6.4L engine produces 485 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque, and it gives Challenger models a 0-60 mph acceleration time in the low four-second range. Challenger trims equipped with the 6.4L engine come standard with a 6-speed manual transmission, but there is an option of the 8-speed automatic transmission.

Supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI SRT Hellcat V8 Engine

Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat x Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody

Introduced in 2015 is the supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI SRT Hellcat V8 engine, which produces 707 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque. Until the 2018 model year, the SRT Hellcat engine was only available on one Challenger trim, the Challenger SRT Hellcat, but a second trim, the Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody, joined the lineup in 2018. The new widebody model features 3.5-inch wider fender flares, which provides more room for wider tires, and that means the vehicle has more grip on the road and can accelerate faster. The Challenger SRT Hellcat accelerates from 0-60 mph in 3.5 seconds and completes a quarter-mile in 11.2 seconds, and the Challenger SRT Hellcat Widebody accelerates from 0-60 mph in 3.4 seconds and completes a quarter-mile in 10.9 seconds.

Supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI Demon V8 Engine

Dodge Challenger SRT Demon

Introduced for the 2018 model year is the all-new 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon and its all-new supercharged 6.2L HEMI Demon V8 engine, which produces up to 840 horsepower and 770 lb-ft of torque. Though the Demon engine sounds similar to the SRT Hellcat model, it is actually quite different and significantly more powerful. Some of the engine features that make it possible for the SRT Demon to produce so much power include the Air Grabber, which is largest functional hood scoop of any production car, the TransBrake and the SRT Power Chiller.

The Dodge Challenger SRT Demon accelerates from 0-60 mph in 2.3 seconds and completes a quarter-mile in 9.65 seconds, making it the most powerful and the fastest factory production car in the world.
