New 2018 Chevy Camaro ZL1

The 2018 Camaro ZL1 killed it at the High Speed Oval in Papenburg, Germany. On the track the Camaro ZL1 reached a top speed of 202.3 mph and averaged 198 mph making the 2018 Camaro ZL1 the fastest and most capable Camaro ever!

So what gives it all of that power? Under the hood of the Camaro ZL1 that was tested at the track was a 650-horsepower LT4 6.2L direct-injected, supercharged V-8 engine paired to a ten-speed automatic transmission. The vehicle was also equipped with a magnetic ride control, 20-inch forged aluminum wheels wrapped in Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar 3 summer only tires, and Brembo brakes with six-piston Monobloc front calipers and two-piece rotors.

Performance specs:

  • 0-60 mph in 3.5 seconds
  • Quarter mile in 11.4 seconds at 127 mph
  • 60-0 mph braking in 107 feet

Miami Lakes and has plenty of locations for charging EVs and PHEVs. Whether driving the 2017 Chevy Volt or the Chevy Spark EV, or waiting for the all-new 2017 Chevy Bolt EV to be released, Miami Lakes has you covered and Miami will keep you charged. For starters, Miami Lakes has two of its own charging stations for use by customers for free. We will also be getting two more charging stations when our new Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram building is complete this winter. Located at the Miami Lakes Chevy building is a Voltec Level 2 charger located just inside the service entrance mounted on interior southern wall. There is also free WiFi available and Chevy Volts and ELRs have charging priority. The charging station is not accessible after business hours. Chevy is expanding their lineup to include new 2017 Chevy special-edition models on the Camaro, Traverse, and Equinox models.

2017 Chevy Camaro 50th Anniversary Edition
To celebrate the Camaro’s release 50 years ago, Chevy has created a Camaro 50th Anniversary Edition trim, which is available as a convertible or coupe on the 2LT and 2SS trims.
Unique exterior features special to this edition include a gray metallic exterior paint (with a black top on convertible models), special 20-inch special edition wheels with 50th Anniversary badging, a special-edition stripe package, exterior, badging, a grille with satin chrome accents, and orange brake callipers on the LT models.
